Conducting the perfect appraisal is something many mangers and leaders are keen to achieve. Jon Wilks is delighted to bring his expertise and knowledge to you in this course so that you might be able to build on your own current abilities to improve your approach to team appraisals.
This short course will introduce you to the principles of conducting an appraisal and provide you with opportunities to reflect and practice these skills, as well as understanding where to apply them.
There is a course video in each module that you will need to watch followed by a reflective learning exercise.
On average, the course should take you between 1 and 1.5 hours to complete.
At the end of each module, you will be asked to complete a self reflective exercise to solidify your learning and to assist you to implement your learning into your workplace. Upon completion of of the course you will receive a digital certificate of completion, for you to save and print at your convenience.
You will also attain 6 IHSCM High Performance Leadership Competency Framework Points towards Workforce, and Operational Leadership.
