Exercise is such a great way to keep healthy.  I have been running and cycling for a while.  Half marathons are a great way to support a Charity and have a target to aim for.  If you watched all those amazing people at the London Marathon on Sunday and feel you would like to try why not join the IHM team that are running for the IHM chosen Marathon on Sunday 8th of October.  I did it last year and it is a great route.  The #MIND supporters were great and they helped me get round.  This year Mark and I are doing it for MIND which as you know is our chosen charity.  Why not join us?  Email events@ for details.  If there is enough interest I will arrange a few joint events as part of our training plan which should really start in June to allow 16 weeks.
