Join us as we discuss the difficulties, representation, awareness, and access to training when studying & working in health and social care.
Our Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Special Interest Group (EDI SIG) are delighted to bring you this event. When planning this event, the EDI SIG explored difficulties people experience in health and social care. These difficulties include: lack of black staff at senior level, representation, guidance, encouragement of students from ethnic groups, applying for positions and promotion of bursaries for ethnic groups, and access to staff who are trained to give information as part of EDI.
