The latest blog from the Behavioural Insights Team (BIT) looks at the recommendations from the Committee on Climate Change (CCC) for the UK to reduce greenhouse gas emissions by  100 per cent by 2050.  A key pillar of this reduction is to deliver a 20% reduction in beef, lamb, and dairy consumption.   BIT asks how feasible is this radical shift in the national diet, and how can it be sold in an acceptable way to the public?
