NHS England and NHS Improvement have recently released their NHS Workforce Race Equality Standard (WRES) strategy.
This document sets out ways in which the NHS can reduce both the disproportionate ethnicity gap in entry into the formal disciplinary process, and the overall rate of unnecessary
disciplinary action. This will be achieved by setting clear aspirational goals, accessing robust support and advice and sharing replicable good practice.
