This short course is produced by Dr Jonathan Pearson-Stuttard; Public Health Physician & Epidemiologist, and Catherine Falconer; Consultant in Public Health at Somerset County Council, has 4 modules of online content and reading material references.

The course will provide you with the knowledge, skills and understanding of what Population Health Management (PHM) is at a local, macro and micro level.

You will see case study examples, observe techniques and methodologies which have worked, and become equipped with practical steps for starting your own PHM. There will also be opportunities for you to reflect, research and discuss aspects with peers / colleagues and people whom you meet via the course.
