Jeremy is the quality governance facilitator at St Vincent’s Nursing Home in Pinner.

He has been phenomenal in supporting the senior management and the teams within the home such as premises, housekeeping carers and catering in ensuring that the governance and paperwork are up to an exceptional standard. We went from a required improvement in the CQC to a good rating during the pandemic. He has supported the improvements and all the residents recognise him as a great help and even plays the organ / piano for a sing song. He is also responsible for ensuring the all the covid testing is completed and residents and staff are safe.
