Our Survey For Care Home Staff Published in I News

Thank you to everyone that completed our survey this week for Social Care Staff and the mandatory vaccine, our survey results have been published in I News –

Nearly one fifth of care home managers believe they will lose five or more members of staff who refuse to be vaccinated, according to a snap poll ahead of the Government’s rule change.

The overwhelming majority of managers believe the mandatory Covid-19 jab deadline should be pushed back to April, in line with the rules for NHS workers.

But older people said vaccinated health and social care staff are a “life-and-death measure”.
